Modified Bitumen

Modified Bitumen roofs are factory fabricated sheets using fiberglass or polyester, laminated with rubber asphalt. Modified roofs are installed with hot asphalt, cold adhesives or open flame torches. A.J. Edwards Roofing Co. Inc. installs modified bitumen roofs manufactured by GAF and Johns Manville.
